These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and oja89 ("oja89", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://oja89.click ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oja89 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any documents, policies, or guidelines expressly incorporated by reference herein, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player through approved payment methods that are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet value that must be placed before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.

In order to register and maintain an account on oja89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a corporate entity, syndicate, or professional betting operation.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme administered by oja89 or any recognised responsible gambling body.
• You do not hold an existing active or suspended account on theoja89 Platform.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by oja89 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal recreational use only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services does not constitute a breach of applicable law.

oja89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and witholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the oja89 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. oja89 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify our Customer Support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

oja89 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods. The following methods are currently available for depositing funds into your oja89 account:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank
• Direct bank transfer
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, and other approved digital assets)

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account portal. oja89 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as theoja89 account holder.

All deposits are processed in real-time or within a short processing window. oja89 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges independently of oja89.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for Real Money Funds in their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• No outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the funds being withdrawn.
• The withdrawal request meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.
• The withdrawal method is the same method used for the corresponding deposit, where required by our payment processing procedures.

oja89 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• DuitNow / FPX: typically 5 to 15 minutes

These are indicative processing times and may be subject to delays arising from payment network conditions, additional verification requirements, or scheduled maintenance periods. oja89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of an unusually high value or where fraud indicators are present.

oja89 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all oja89 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winings will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• oja89 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at its sole discretion, provided that player rights in respect of already-accepted bonuses are not adversely affected without reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or collusion — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
• Referal bonuses are credited upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit. Fraudulent referral activity — including self-referral via multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and account action.

All bets placed on the oja89 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Lottery, etc.). The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager.
• oja89 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical or manifest error, or in circumstances where the outcome was known to the player at the time of placement.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and product type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision ofoja89's Trading and Operations team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 15.
• oja89 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or close the account of any player identified as engaging in sharp or syndicated betting activity that poses unreasonable risk to the Platform.
• Live in-play betting is subject to real-time odds movements. Bets accepted during live events are final regardless of subsequent odds changes, except where the bet was placed during a known service disruption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oja89 Platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referal to relevant authorities:

• Registration of multiple accounts or use of another person's account without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an undue advantage.
• Coluding with other players in live poker, live dealer, or competitive game formats.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals after withdrawing winings or receiving bonuses.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

oja89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• At the Player's request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant).

Upon account closure for non-breach reasons, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oja89, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or data loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, DoS attacks, or acts of God.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, match data, or sports information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit oja89's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

oja89 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification where the changes are material to their rights or obligations.
• Provide a reasonable period for review before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the oja89 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gambling regulatory frameworks. oja89 operates under licensing requirements that mandate fair dispute resolution procedures.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and oja89:

• oja89 will respond to formal complaints in writing within 10 business days of receipt.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, independent dispute resolution mechanisms may be available as required by applicable licensing conditions.
